Shipping information:

All orders are sent out within 2 to 4 working days. Shipping times are then added on top of this processing time.

Get complimentary Royal Mail Tracked 48 when you spend £25 or more and get complimentary Royal Mail Tracked 24 when you spend £45 or more. 

Shipping costs:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.00 (delivery within 1-2 working days once dispatched)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.00 (delivery within 2-3 working days once dispatched)

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY TIMESCALES ARE AFTER THE 2-4 WORKING DAY PROCESSING TIME.

F&Q's

Each item is handmade (excluding claw clips - these are not handmade). Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Shipping timescales are then added to this.

Due to the nature of the material colour variations will occur. Please note that this is not a faulty product and adds to the charm of each item being completely unique.

All sales are final and no returns are accepted.

Should there be a rare occurance where your order arrives damaged please send us a message on our instagram page @willowandiris_ along with a photograph within 5 days of receiving your order. A refund or replacement will then be issued if this is deemed appropriate.
